I love to teach and I want to stay physically and mentally healthy and help others do the same. I am an Essentrics® Aging Backwards® certified instructor. My workouts are for anyone looking to improve their mobility, flexibility, strength and balance.
As a professional writer since 1991 I continue to have work published in Canada and internationally: in newspapers, magazines, academic journals as well as on websites and blogs.
My writing focuses on health and fitness for older adults. I also enjoy working with other writers to help them tell their stories.
